The Response

The Ragan Property team did it all:

- Created an open plan kitchen/ dining room
- Planned, purchased and installed a contemporary family bathroom and en-suite shower room
- Installed doors, flooring and carpets throughout
- Installed a new electrical system/ boiler/ radiators
- Fitted a new kitchen and appliances
- Landscaped a low maintenance garden
- Developed the basement creating a cinema room and additional storage space
- Installed a loft conversion with en-suite
